Die grandiose Partyreihe "Prohibitionparty" feiert am 24. Mai ihren 2. Geburtstag und veranstaltet dies im wundervollen Tsunami Club in der Kölner Südstadt. Und das darüber hinaus jetzt regelmäßig an jedem 4. Samstag eines ungeraden Monats (im Juli Sommerpause)!

Swing, Elektroswing und Burlesque Show mit Party bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Tobt Euch kostümmäßig gern aus und bringt Euren besten Vintage Chic mit. Lasst den Zylinder, die Hosenträger oder Federboa nicht zu Hause, hübscht Euch auf und versucht Euch in ner Wasserwelle. All dies lässt unsere Party zu einer unvergesslichen Zeitreise werden...

Remix Contest: I Dance Charleston (Discotizer's Latin Swing)

Yeah, another Swing House track here, this time combined with a warm latin touch: Cirque de la nuit and Cab Canavaral did a remix contest for the track I Dance Charleston - and this is my entry.

As the best voted and most played songs will get released i kindly as you to check out my track, to comment and like on Soundcloud, also share it, tweet it, post it and so on :)

Update: Thank you all for voting! The song will be part of a release package and coming out on Billybong Rec. on Dec. 12 2012 at all major digital music stores :)

Swing House Session Vol. 8

Wow... 3 months went by, so it was about time for an all-new Swing-House Mix.

Swing House Session Vol. 7

Back with some Swing-House again - in this episode we have some brand new tracks but also some classic jams. James Curd - part of Greenskeepers - shows us that his newer tracks are just as awesome as the 1999 classics "Low And Sweet" or "Dixie Gan".

Other great tracks in the episode come from The Drapers (a new combo from Germany), Lusty Leg, Ryan Truman, Smokingroove and Jeff Dougler & Balu.
My favorite songs here is the 2003 bootleg "Blu Can Swing" with Blu Cantrell on the vocals and "Hold The Night" from Lyre Le Temps, a great combo from France.

Swing House Session Vol. 4 (Electroswing Special)

I know lots of you peeps have waited for this long time, now finally here is: A new Swing-House Mix with some brand new Electroswing tunes!

Parov Stelar, an Electroswing pioneer, kicks in with some serious pieces. Baska Brother is a track of this latest EP "The Paris Swing Box". Gotta play more of it in my next mix.

Two other artists / combos i really love at the moment are Kormac and Swing Republic. They're doing amazing stuff - make sure you check out Kormac's album "World Play" if you like this sound.

I'm also glad to see that Germany has with Shemian, a (near) Cologne based DJ and producer, an uprising talent. His latest EP "When Jazz hits the Fans" is awesome and i'll drop some of his tracks in my next mix, too.
